About Me
I am Eris Norvilus, Mental wellness coach/ course creator and I help empower people to live life with Purpose, Confidence and Health
- I am a dedicated Board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a medical background as a foreign-educated physician. Over the past 6 years, I have worked with thousands of people with emotional and mental health issues to improve their lives through medications, counseling, and mental wellness coaching. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege to impact the lives of many people with mental health challenges. One of my proudest achievements is the successful establishment of Elevate Mind Care, a platform dedicated to promoting mental wellness through accessible resources and support. My passion for mental wellness stems from my passion for the mind and personal experiences.I am passionate about helping individuals live healthier, happier lives by providing them with the tools and support they need to manage their mental health. In the future, I aim to expand Elevate Mind Care to a global platform, making mental wellness resources accessible to everyone, regardless of location.
